Multifast Feed System 

The System:

• Feeds the weaner building big pens, all the finisher shed pens and the Nedap building (78 pens).
• Sensors in the bottom of the trough detect when they are nearly empty and the feeder automatically refills.
• The computer is programmed with feed curves, delivers the correct feed to each pen, and records the weight of feed.
• Diets can be blended in differing quantities.
• Diets are changed depending on the age of the pigs and if they are on a nutritional study.
• About 3T of feed per day is delivered through the multifast.
